We are looking for a highly-experienced Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership for the PLM Systems (Teamcenter, Interspec) including architecture, installations, configurations, deployments, & administration.

The Internal Business Solutions – R&D Solutions Product Team works closely together with IT, Global R&D and Supply Chain COE (Center of Excellence) personnel to identify technical solutions in alignment with the strategies, investments, and plans for Global R&D. This is an Agile Product team which provides support through broad and deep technical expertise and business process knowledge. This is a high-performing, collaborative team that has strong client service orientation and client-facing experience.

How you would contribute to the role:
As a Solution Architect on this Product team, you will contribute to regular PLM System Administration tasks including, but not limited to installations, configurations, volume management, user management, and data migrations (import/export). We’ll rely on you to provide Level 3 support for PLM System Administration and Operations, as well as to work closely with the Level 2 support staff to resolve end-user and system issues
To do this, you’ll be given full access to PLM Teamcenter, our collaboration and communication tools, and as much coaching as you need.
What skills and background will be important to be successful:
To be considered for this role, you will need expert-level abilities working with Siemens Teamcenter, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of general IT development/architecture experience. Since this is a very high-level position, you will have to be able to communicate with individuals at varying levels of authority in the organization and lead complex software deployment projects. If you know SQL, Store Procedures, and ETL, even better.
